UND service-store privacy
Effective October 6, 2026 · UND-PRIVACY-2026-10-06
Universal Network Development LLC controls the customer information used for this service storefront. This supplement describes the Shopify store; the separate mobile-app and institutional policies are not substituted for this storefront's policies.
We collect information you provide when requesting a service or ordering: contact details, optional organization information, selected packages, project descriptions, order notes and the policy acknowledgment associated with the request. Shopify processes storefront, order, checkout, transaction, device and security information as described in the store privacy policy. Payment information is handled through the payment provider shown at checkout; do not submit card details in project forms.
We use this information to respond to requests, scope and fulfill services, process and support orders, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We retain it for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. Privacy-rights requests can be sent to contact@universalnetworkdevelopment.com; identity checks and legal retention requirements may apply. Shopify and other necessary providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, under their applicable agreements.
Essential cookies and storage support security, checkout and your required policy acknowledgment. Required service acknowledgment is collected before checkout. The theme submits acknowledgment, service-policy version, exact service-text hash, conditional component-license reference and a browser-provided submission time as cart attributes for the order. Contact requests submit equivalent fields with the contact message. These are separate from Shopify’s account sign-in notice; a browser-provided time is not independently verified evidence of identity. Necessary session storage also prevents repeated concierge invitations. We retain order and service records for the purposes described above; the concierge does not retain its conversation after the page closes. Browsing does not require agreement or a saved acknowledgment. Optional preferences, analytics and marketing are separate, initially unchecked choices. You can change them through Cookie settings in the footer; declining optional purposes does not prevent ordering. Required agreement to service terms is separate from optional tracking or marketing permission.
Shopify Network Intelligence remains enabled to support Shopify features. Shopify’s native consent settings govern its optional uses: visitors who decline non-essential cookie consent are excluded from Network Intelligence’s non-essential purposes, as explained in Shopify’s customer privacy guidance. You can review or change your optional choices through Cookie settings. Independently installed tracking tools must also honor consent; the theme cannot enforce arbitrary third-party scripts by itself.
BoomGate by Code57 provides the server checkout rule requiring the order's UND policy acknowledgment. Its installation grants access to customer contact/address data, products and Shopify Functions as shown in the approved installation screen. Shopify hosts the checkout validation function. Code57's own privacy policy governs any processing it performs; installation permissions do not prove that the vendor retains no information. The package adviser currently uses the published service catalog and does not send visitor conversations or project briefs to a language-model provider. A future model-backed adviser requires its own data-flow and privacy review before activation.
