UND service cancellation and refund policy

Effective October 6, 2026 · UND-SERVICE-2026-10-06

Before service work begins, we will refund the service payment. After work begins, we will account for completed work and approved non-recoverable external costs and refund the unused balance. We will discuss correction or an appropriate refund when included work is not supplied as agreed. Duplicate charges and mandatory consumer remedies remain protected.

Refunds use the original payment method where possible. Immediate-download final-sale provisions for delivered license keys do not automatically govern professional services. Contact contact@universalnetworkdevelopment.com for cancellation, scope or an unresolved service issue.

Maintenance Plan and Managed Discord Bot renew monthly until canceled. Cancel future renewals through your account’s Subscriptions page or contact us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase payment for agreed work already delivered. Refunds for work already started follow the service refund terms above.
