Terms of service
Effective October 6, 2026 · UND-SERVICE-2026-10-06
Provider and permitted purpose
Universal Network Development LLC, doing business as UND Industries, provides professional services for lawful, authorized purposes. We do not authorize malicious access, fraud, infringement or misuse of another person’s systems or information. You must have authority to order the work and provide the materials and account access required. We may decline unlawful requests. An organization’s representative must be authorized to act for that organization.
Your order and applicable agreement
The selected product, option, price and agreed written project scope identify the work purchased. A separately signed project agreement governs its project where it expressly differs. Otherwise these service terms govern this storefront’s professional-service order. Corporate digital-product restrictions and technical or procurement exhibits apply only when expressly included in the selected product or signed scope. The corporate personal-use restriction does not prevent the agreed business use of a paid custom website. No unselected exhibit promises hardware attestation, government credentials, security certification, uptime credits or a particular audit. Express promises in the purchased product or signed scope remain part of the agreement. These terms do not retroactively replace terms accepted for an earlier order.
Scope, access and changes
One service quantity covers one package instance and the work and revisions stated in its description or agreed scope. It does not create unlimited work. Additional chargeable work requires your prior written approval. Turnaround estimates depend on receiving the required content, authorized access and scope clarification. We will communicate material delays. If a request exceeds the package, we will agree a revised scope and price before beginning the additional work; you may decline it. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, advertising performance or government-contract awards.
Custom deliverables and retained components
After full payment, you own the custom project deliverables identified for transfer in the agreed scope. UND assigns its rights in those identified custom deliverables, subject to any necessary signed assignment by the authorized rights owner. UND retains its pre-existing tools, reusable components and general methods. For identified retained components incorporated in your paid deliverables, the component EULA grants the rights needed for the agreed business use and maintenance. Customer materials, third-party software and open-source components keep their respective ownership and license terms. UND does not transfer rights it does not hold. Any different ownership arrangement must be stated in the signed project scope.
Cancellation, corrections and refunds
Before service work begins, we will refund the service payment. After work begins, we will account for completed work and approved non-recoverable external costs and refund the unused balance. We will discuss correction or an appropriate refund when included work is not supplied as agreed. Duplicate charges and mandatory consumer remedies remain protected. Refunds use the original payment method where possible. Immediate-download final-sale provisions for delivered license keys do not automatically govern professional services. Contact contact@universalnetworkdevelopment.com for cancellation, scope or an unresolved service issue.
Monthly service subscriptions
Maintenance Plan and Managed Discord Bot renew monthly at the selected price and billing frequency shown before checkout until canceled. Selecting a price alone does not enroll you; enrollment requires selecting the subscription and completing checkout. Cancel future renewals through your account’s Subscriptions page or by contacting contact@universalnetworkdevelopment.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase payment for agreed work already delivered. Refunds for work already started follow the service refund terms above. Any separately negotiated billing arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS, UND’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM AN AFFECTED ONE-TIME SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID FOR THAT SERVICE. FOR AN AFFECTED ONGOING SERVICE, THE LIMIT IS THE FEES PAID FOR THAT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. TO THE SAME PERMITTED EXTENT, UND IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSSES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR ANTICIPATED REVENUE. THESE LIMITS DO NOT LIMIT AGREED REFUNDS, UND’S FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY OR REMEDY APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT LIMITING. A separately signed project agreement may specify a different limit. The corporate terms’ $5,000 minimum-cap provision does not apply to a new service order governed by this revision. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customer materials and unlawful misuse
You are responsible for the rights and authority in the materials and instructions you provide. To the extent applicable law permits, you will indemnify UND for a third-party claim caused by your unauthorized materials, unlawful instructions or misuse, only to the extent attributable to you. UND will promptly notify you of the claim, permit reasonable participation in its defense and cooperate reasonably. No settlement may impose an admission or non-monetary obligation on either party without that party’s written consent. This does not require you to indemnify UND for UND’s fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.
Independent platforms and secure handling
Independent platforms have their own terms, availability and security arrangements. UND does not control their independent operation; this does not excuse UND’s own promised work or applicable duties. Do not put passwords, API keys, payment-card data, classified information or regulated confidential records in storefront forms or order notes. Use an agreed secure access process and limited collaborator permissions. Regulated or government work, data-processing terms, security commitments and incident notices must be scoped in a separate agreement before sensitive processing. Incident notices follow applicable law and any expressly agreed contract; these storefront terms do not create a blanket 72-hour customer notice commitment or an unselected service-level agreement.
Project information and lawful rights
We use project information to fulfill and support your service under the store privacy policy and service-store supplement. We will not publish your confidential project information or identify your project in a portfolio without your permission. Florida law governs this service agreement to the extent permitted, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. Contact the team first for practical resolution. Nothing prohibits an honest review or removes a nonwaivable right. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions operate to the extent law permits. Material changes require a new revision for new agreements; prior accepted versions remain associated with their transactions.
